Steam Tracing Control

Steam tracing exposed pipes is the simplest way to keep exposed pipes from freezing. Our US series of valves can sense the ambient or surface temperature and regulates the flow of steam, gas, or other fluid to keep your pipes working. US/A valves sense the ambient temperatures and US/S valves sense the pipe’s surface temperature. TV/HAT valves act as a steam trap and discharge condensate well below the steam temperature, eliminating live steam loss.

Successful steam tracing systems require valves of high durability and construction. Brass or stainless steel elements and a good dirt handling capability are key elements of a quality valve. We produce our own actuators, instead of generic ones, to ensure that quality is controlled from start to finish. Our actuators are designed to produce optimum effiency for each application and can be produced to meet specific requirements.
