  • The expanded product line for the STVM® steam/water washdown station now includes a welded stainless-steel version for extreme applications.
  • Our EcoFlow® valve works in many applications, including in bottling and paper mills, extending mechanical seal life and reducing water consumption.

IN THE NEWS

• The benefits of our mechanical seal support systems feature was highlighted in Pumps & Systems magazine.
• ThermOmegaTech’s freeze protection technology was featured in Plant Engineering magazine.
• Our feature article for prevention of pump overheating ran in Pumps & Systems magazine.
• Prevention of freeze-related system failures with our thermostatic valves was featured in Safety + Health magazine.

INDUSTRIAL TRADESHOWS WE ATTENDED

Team at tradeshow

In July, we exhibited at the ASSP Safety Show in Orlando, Florida.
It’s always a pleasure to meet with current and potential customers and demonstrate how our thermostatic technology can help their facilities run more smoothly.

Look for us at the ASSP Safety Show in Anaheim, California, June 15-17, 2026.

2025 RAIL DIVISION HIGHLIGHTS

Tim on railline

In May, Tim Hartung, who brings more than 14 years of experience at ThermOmegaTech, took ownership of our rail market as Business Development Manager.

Tim values the long-term partnerships ThermOmegaTech has built within the Rail industry. He is committed to supporting our railroad partners and is available for site visits and product training.

RAIL TRADESHOWS WE ATTENDED

In May, ThermOmegaTech’s Rail team exhibited at the Railway Interchange show at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. The event provided a valuable opportunity to connect with customers and partners and engage with the latest developments shaping the rail industry.

We are excited for 2026, where we’ll be exhibiting at the Railway Interchange in Omaha, Nebraska, in June.
We will also be exhibiting at APTA in Chicago, Illinois, in October, for the first time.

If you are attending either event, we hope to see you there!

2025 AEROSPACE & DEFENSE DIVISION HIGHLIGHTS

Our team integrated a COBOT into our production workflow to perform actuator Acceptance Testing, which increases efficiency and consistency.

We onboarded Strategic Technical Sales as a Manufacturer’s Representative, supporting Aerospace & Defense opportunities across CA, WA, AZ, CO, and OR.

A&D TRADESHOWS WE ATTENDED

This year, we strengthened our industry presence by exhibiting at the Satellite Show in Washington, DC, in March and the Design-2-Part Expo in Oaks, PA, in November. We also attended the Air, Space & Cyber Conference sponsored by the Air & Space Forces Association in National Harbor, MD, in September.

2025 ELECTRONICS DIVISION HIGHLIGHTS

We implemented a new PVA automated gluing system to replace manual adhesive application, improving efficiency, throughput, quality, and repeatability. We also strengthened key partnerships to expand our capabilities and deliver more comprehensive electronic manufacturing solutions.

Meet ITV: ThermOmegaTech’s Reliable, Self-Operating Valve for Precise Temperature Control

ThermOmegaTech®, a leading innovator in thermal control solutions, is proud to announce the launch of the new ITV—Industrial Tempering Valve. This self-operating, easy-to-install valve regulates high-temperature effluent in industrial applications and protects drain lines from damage.

The Challenge: Preventing Damage and Meeting Code

The ITV valve is engineered to prevent over-temperature conditions that can damage PVC piping, ensuring code compliance and minimizing water waste. Installed directly into drain lines, the ITV uses ThermOmegaTech’s exclusive Thermoloid® thermal actuator to automatically inject cold water when effluent temperatures are above the specified set-point. As temperatures drop, the valve modulates and shuts off cold water flow to conserve resources and reduce water waste.

Key Features at a Glance:

  • Self-operating – No power or signal required
  • Code compliant – Assists production facilities in meeting IPC (2006 and later) Section 701.7 and UPC requirements that liquid under 140°F be sent to drain
  • Versatile installation – Works in any orientation with standard pipe fittings
  • Durable construction – Made from 300 Series stainless steel with a clog-resistant design
  • Available in 3/4” and 1” sizes – With customizable temperature settings

Ideal for Industrial Applications

Ideal for use in any application requiring extra-hot water discharge to a drain, the ITV is adaptable to nearly any system where safety, efficiency, and water conservation are essential, like in food processing, breweries, municipal sewage, and pharmaceutical industries.

“ThermOmegaTech has successfully used drain tempering valves for commercial dishwashers for years. The ITV is an opportunity to apply the technology and expertise to industrial applications like humidifiers, autoclaves, boilers, and in breweries and HVAC equipment, which generate high-temperature effluent that must be cooled before being sent to drain,” said Andy Reichlin, ThermOmegaTech’s Industrial National Sales Manager. “The ITV provides an efficient, reliable means to meet code requirements, eliminate the risk of fines, and safeguard sanitary systems.”

A Smart, Efficient Choice for Facility Managers

“The ITV is a game-changer for facilities needing to control effluent temperature safely and efficiently without complex systems,” said Reichlin. “Its simple design, rugged construction, and water-saving operation make it a smart choice for engineers and facility managers.”
