Our CircuitSolver® thermostatic balancing valve is designed to efficiently deliver hot water to any fixture regardless of how far away it is from the recirculation pump. CircuitSolver® is installed at the end of each hot water branch before it tees into the common hot water return line.The thermal actuator inside CircuitSolver® modulates the valve between open and closed in response to changing water temperature caused by heat loss, water demand, or any other reason. This constant, automatic response to water temperature enables each hot water branch to quickly and consistently deliver the right temperature of hot water to each connected fixture. It also minimizes flow through the system by only allowing water that cools below the set point to flow to the return, eliminating the need for oversized recirculation pumps which cause system wear and waste energy.
With ThermOmegaTech®’s Drain Tempering Valve (DTV), you can guarantee that water or steam temperatures expelled from commercial dishwashers, sterilizers, humidifiers, boilers, and autoclaves will always be below the legal and safe limit.This keeps you fully compliant with global plumbing code requirements of temperatures less than 140°F (60°C) going to the drain. These equipment can have effluent discharge in excess of 180°F (82°C) and must be tempered to avoid costly consequences – failed inspections, fines, business interruptions, or injury and damage to personnel and equipment. The DTV is installed into the drain line and the tempering cold water supply connects to the inlet. The thermostatic actuator monitors the temperature of the hot effluent and modulates the cold water from the inlet port to efficiently temper the effluent going down the drain. The DTV provides a convenient, economical, and easy to use method of tempering hot effluent flows to meet requirements while also preventing damage to PVC piping.
The ESS water heater is a packaged system designed to meet the requirements of ANSI Z358.1-2009 for tepid water delivery to an emergency drench system. This heavy-duty water heater is constructed of a carbon steel tank and internally lined with 1/2″ thick Hydrastone cement to ensure tank longevity when operating at elevated temperatures, and is fully insulated with 3″ thick polyurethane foam to minimize stand-by heat loss.
