ThermOmegaTech® Releases the CircuitSolver® Sanitary Flush Valve

CircuitSolver® Sanitary Flush ValveThe company expands its commercial plumbing line to now include the CSUSF – a sanitary flush balancing valve for domestic hot water systems

Warminster, PA –  ThermOmegaTech®, a world leader in the design and manufacture of self-actuating thermostatic valve technology, introduces the CircuitSolver® Sanitary Flush (CSUSF) Valve as the newest addition to their CircuitSolver® line. The CSUSF allows for higher-temperature water to flow through a domestic hot water system during the disinfection process to protect against Legionella growth in systems capable of high-temperature flushes.

Nick Tallos, Vice President of Engineering for ThermOmegaTech® says, “CircuitSolver® technology was already an innovative balancing method for domestic hot water recirculation systems. Now, with the addition of the Sanitary Flush, CircuitSolver® further stands out as a revolutionary technology with a myriad of applications. With its capability to protect against Legionella growth, the CircuitSolver® becomes an even easier and reliable balancing solution. It’s just another step in the right direction.”

The CircuitSolver® is a thermostatic, self-actuating balancing valve that continuously and automatically adjusts the flow through each branch of a domestic hot water recirculation system to maintain the specified temperature at the end of each branch, regardless of fluctuations in hot water demand. It is a direct replacement for manual balancing valves and eliminates balancing labor and callbacks. The CSUSF valve uses two high-thrust actuators, a low-temperature actuator to maintain standard balancing temperature, and a high-temperature actuator to allow for high temperature sanitary flushing of the system.

The CircuitSolver® Sanitary Flush Valve is tamper-proof and automatically balances any domestic hot water system at a set temperature, while still allowing higher water temperatures to enter for disinfection, preventing Legionella growth. It is the ideal solution for a maintenance-free balancing and high-temperature flush application. The CSUSF is lead-free, stainless steel, and NSF/ANSI 61 certified. The CSUSF comes equipped with a long service life and 3-year warranty.

ThermOmegaTech®’s CircuitSolver® Sanitary Flush Valve is available for purchase through your local representative. For more information visit www.CircuitSolver.com or call 877-379-8258.

ThermOmegaTech® Announces Expansion of Circuit Solver Product Line

Products expand beyond the company’s leading Circuit Solver to now include the CSU and CSU Assembly.

Warminster PA, September 2, 2016 – ThermOmegaTech®, a world leader in the design and manufacture of self-actuating temperature control technology, is expanding its Circuit Solver product line to include an enhanced Circuit Solver with an integrated union and optional built-in check valve as well as a complete assembly. As is the case with the original Circuit Solver, the CSU will also be NSF 61 certified.

The new products extend beyond ThermOmegaTech’s flagship thermostatic self-actuating balancing valve, the Circuit Solver, which continuously maintains the end of each domestic hot water supply line in a recirculation system at the specified water temperature. This simple in-line valve completely eliminates the need for time consuming and expensive manual balancing labor and equipment. It also minimizes flow through the system by only allowing small amounts of water to pass through once the set point is reached, which reduces system wear and allows for a smaller circulator that won’t consume as much power. The CSU and CSU Assembly include all the benefits of the Circuit Solver plus additional advantages not offered anywhere else.

The CSU comes with a union and an optional check valve built into the body. The stainless steel union features an integrated O-ring for a hand-tightened leak-free seal. The CSU Assembly adds isolation valves to both sides of the CSU to create a fully assembled valve that is leak tested with all the components commonly specified with balancing valves. The isolation valves feature Male x Female connections to minimize potential leak points, making it the simplest and most efficient valve to install.
